This policy aims to inform people about the provision of independent supervision support available to employees, volunteer trustees and experts by lived and learned experience; outline when the provision of independent supervision support is activated; and outline how to access independent supervision support.
The policy was developed in partnership with people with lived expereience and was informed by a number of members of the Shared Learnring Group on Involvement.
