British Society for Immunology published a paper about the impact of PPI in a specific COVID immunology research project. The paper was co-authored by people with lived experience. It’s one way to evidence and communicate impact to stakeholders, particularly funders and researchers as it speaks their language through more formal academic publishing. Blogs and newsletter pieces were also published.

Shelter is developing training to support people with lived experience to influence politicians about the importance of involvement.

Cancer Research UK’s involvement team produce articles and blogs for the CRUK website to tell people about the impact of involvement.
